De Wereld van Witte de With is ieder jaar weer een weekend van feest: Veel leuk publiek, mooie mensen, lachen, verbazen, dansen, debateren, drinken & flirten en natuurlijk veel kunst zien. Voor ons als programmeurs is er geen beter weekend denkbaar om het beste wat je in huis kunt halen voor te schotelen aan de festivalgangers. Ook deze editie 2005 belooft een goeie te worden. Showroom MAMA heeft een geweldige partner in ARMINIUS gevonden. Dit podium voor kunst, cultuur en debat, gevestigd in een prachtig monumentaal kerkgebouw, wordt het podium voor een rijk programma. Een programma met Mode, Kunst, Games, Muziek, een Electrofeest en Debat. MAMA presenteert tijdens het Wereld van Witte de Withfestival op 9, 10, 11 september Ladyshave Live at Arminius: een programma vol mode, performance, video en debat. Het programma Ladyshave Live at Arminius vindt zijn oorsprong in de groepstentoonstelling Ladyshave Home Edition, een groepsexpositie nog te zien bij showroom MAMA tot en met 18 september. Every year the Wereld van Witte de With (The World of Witte de With Festival) is a weekend of festivities: a large appreciative public, beautiful people laughing, looking, dancing, drinking and flirting and, naturally, a lot of art to see. For us as programmers, there's no better opportunity to showcase the best the establishment has to offer to the festival goers. And, the 2005 edition promises to be a good one. Showroom MAMA has found a formidable partner in ARMINIUS. This platform for art, culture and debate, housed in a beautiful monumental church, will become the platform for a rich programme; a programme with fashion, art, games, music, an electro party and debate. During the Wereld van Witte de Withfestival, on 9, 10 and 11 September 2005, MAMA will present "Ladyshave Live at Arminius", a programme stuffed full of fashion, performance, video and debate. The programme "Ladyshave Live at Arminius" has grown out of the group exhibition "Ladyshave Home Eidtion" which can still be seen at Showroom MAMA until 18 September 2005. During the festival Weekend, the showroom will be open until 23:00. We hope to see you all at Arminius, Showroom MAMA and Gay Palace! |
