De horizon is onherroepelijk verbonden met het landschap. In figuurlijke zin staat de horizon symbool voor hoop en verlangen; gebrek aan een horizon duidt juist op uitzichtloosheid en pessimisme. Deze ervaring van gelijktijdige tegengestelde gevoelens kenmerkt het werk van de vijf geëngageerde kunstenaars die MAMA op Project(or) samenbrengt.
Project(or)Party:
Lekker los gaan we vrijdag 8 Februari op de Booty up Project(or) party @ gaypalace. De hele nacht vanaf 23.00 tot 05.00, later dan gewoonlijk vanwege die excellente en superstrakke line up die er staat. Kom dus niet te laat binnen kakken… want we beginnen vroeg met het live optreden -tevens debuut - van Machinegewehr, gevolgd door Rotterdams sweetheart Monica Electronica, terwijl boven 200.000 Turntables draait. Tegen 01.00 performances van Martin Duvall en de opzwepende dark sound van Feral (Cantankerous).
Als sluitstukken van de nacht draaien onze buitenlandse highlights: uit Londen Durrr resident Rory Phillips en ‘born beautiful and talented' Eric D Clark (Berlijn). De laatste moet je kennen van zijn hit Disco to disco en werk met Tiefschwarz…

The horizon is inextricably linked to the landscape. Metaphorically the horizon symbolizes hope and longing, while the absence of a horizon represents hopelessness and pessimism. This experience of simultaneous conflicting emotions characterizes the work of the five dedicated artists that MAMA brings together in Project(or).
Projector(or)Party:
We're all going Friday February 8 to the Booty up Project(or) party at the Gay Palace. The night begins at 23.00 and ends at 05.00. There's a super-exciting lineup! So come have a look and don't come too late … we're starting early with the livesets. First with the debut of Machinegewehr, followed by Rotterdam's sweetheart Monica Electronica, whilst DJ 200,000 Turntables plays upstairs. 01.00 sees a performance by Martin Duvall and the throbbing dark sound of Feral (Cantakerous).
To end the night in style we have the foreign highlights: from London Durrr resident Rory Phillips and ‘born beautiful and talented' Eric D Clark - you might know him from ‘Disco to disco' or his work with Tiefschwarz…
